EPH TOTAL HOCKEY PROGRAMS/ CONDITIONING CAMPS (2009)

Elite- Performance Hockey’s comprehensive program is designed for all players to learn or improve all aspects of their game. Players will receive instruction in the important skills and fundamentals of hockey including: skating, puck control, shooting, passing, offensive play, defensive play, conditioning and core strengthening.

Elite- Performance Hockey instructors work hard to enhance your child's performance. Select camps offer sport specific off ice training to increase our youth athletes stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, cardio vascular endurance, core strengthening and much more.
